This time last year...

For Wordless Wednesday

I am happy to announce that Ben has grown up a lot and no longer does this. He would never put on socks and tennies just to raid the fridge now that he's four.

Down to just the underwear then? Such a little man! ;-) That picture still cracks me up.

it's so funny. at nearly 6 MQ has never raided the fridge herself. i think this is because she is an only child, and I probably pamper her a bit too much. But ultimately, I think it's a GOOD thing that she doesn't just go rummaging through the fridge for anything she wants, and so I'd rather get stuff for her. Same thing with the TV. I don't WANT her to know how to work it, that way I have more control.

OK, I guess I should say for the record that Ben is NOT allowed to raid the fridge. I caught him doing this last year in his undies and it was so funny I took a picture but we established right then, that the fridge is off limits. He still occasionally gives it a shot though.

He is still Ben, the mischievous, after all.

How great! LOL! My two guys did similar stuff. Their teenagers now, so I don't see this stuff much. LOL!

Children are so cute with their funny ideas of how to do things.

In my house, we actually had to make a rule that says you must wear underwear to hang out around the house; worse, you have to put on a shirt to sit at the table and eat. My kids would totally say Ben's overdressed!

He probably put his shoes on so his feet wouldn't get cold while he was standing on the bottom of the fridge. He was thinking ahead! That is a GREAT picture!
